Star Aviation maintains a staff of FAA Designated Engineering Representatives and certification specialists to support your unique requirements.  Our in-house personnel are familiar with all aspects of design approval from simple minor design deviations to comprehensive Supplemental Type Certificates.  Our longstanding relationship with the Atlanta Aircraft Certification office assures prompt, professional service.

Star Aviation is familiar with international certification programs and we can support many modifications and designs regardless of aircraft size or nationality.  This experience has enabled us to solve ‘undue burden’ challenges imposed by the Federal Aviation Administration and to coordinate any challenges associated with modification of aircraft in overseas FAA Part 145 Repair/Modification centers.  We hold STCs in multiple countries.
